It’s sweet, more than a champagne, Prosecco or Cava. I expected sweetness from my limited experience of German wine. But not as much as say a Liebfraumilch or Hock, or Black Tower.

The bubbles are fairly intense and small in structure.

Actually not unpleasant. Wouldn’t be my “go to” but it’ll do.

😆 Ok this is a true story but its a bit wild. My grandad once ate cat. Bear with me, he was a starving POW in WWII. The German officer in charge had a fancy fat cat, till they managed to catch it. He used to tease me that it was delicious. So tell your cat he best behave or who knows what may happen
