A monstrous, illegal waste of taxpayer dollars.

Donald Trump must confirm if this estimate is true and disclose the full total he's burned through with his unlawful military deployment into our cities.

The American people deserve to know.

Extreme wealth—and that includes obscene CEO payouts—is bad for society as a whole.

Because extreme wealth translates into extreme power that threatens the stability of our economy, our democracy, the freedom of the press and media, and our planet. patrioticmillionaires.org/perspectives...

Our President, Erica Payne, spoke with Fast Company, and shared our super simple message for the FAA during the shutdown:

“If you need a 10% reduction [in flights], you can get 100% of your reduction from the private planes.”

These millionaires have a suggestion for the FAA: Cancel all private jet flights during the shutdown
Private jets make up one in six flights handled by the FAA, and taxpayers already foot the bill for their 'jet setting,' says Patriotic Millionaires.

Private planes make up nearly 12% of all flights.

And yet even with major air traffic control safety concerns, the DOT is planning to exclude them from its plan to order 10% cut in flights at 40 major U.S. airports.

People who can afford to charter flights will be fine. Everyone else is screwed.

A big challenge to the new NOAA Administrator by 3 of his predecessors. We can only hope that he rises to it, including empowering the stellar NOAA workforce & being true to his training as a scientist.

I’ve learned a LOT this year.

One the biggest lessons: don’t mess with our public servants. They are a courageous bunch!

A single fed has more character in one of their pinky fingers than the Trump administration has in their entire staff.
Two months since the brave signatories of the Katrina Declaration spoke out against Kristi Noem's destruction of FEMA. Two months of her bullying and retaliation against the #fema36.

FEMA employees risk their lives and their careers to save Americans in need.

The 3 districts facing the highest premium hikes if ACA tax credits expire are all Republican-led districts:

WY: +693%
WV-01: +654%
WV-02: +599%

Republicans would rather abandon their constituents than work with us to reopen the government and protect their health care.

If Republicans get their way and let ACA tax credits expire, 339,000 Americans will lose their jobs next year.

Almost half of them will be doctors, nurses and caregivers.

They call it policy. We call it cruelty.

That's over $1 trillion kept out of their workers' pockets.

And FWIW, that's also over 5x more than they paid in federal taxes during that same period.

Read the latest reporting from our pals @oxfamamerica.bsky.social: www.oxfamamerica.org/press/larges...
Largest US corporations spent nearly $1.6 trillion on shareholder payouts in 2024, triple the income of the poorest fifth of US households
Over the past five years, the CEOs of the five largest U.S. companies made an average of $52 million annually, over 1,000

Corporations can pay workers a living wage. They just choose not to.

How do we know this? Because the five largest U.S. companies alone spent over $1 trillion in stock buybacks and dividends over the past five years.

In June, Leah and I closed out the flagship No Kings rally in Philly by leading 100,000 people to recite the Pledge of Allegiance while waving American flags. It's unintentionally revealing how much this regime fears this imagery.
