LMAO fair.

I replied with this when she posted about loads.

And when I say porn, I mean you posting pictures of yourself nude like.

I am not into that whatsoever.
angrbodic.bsky.social
I do my best to avoid discourse, but sometimes I will post about politics.

I don't care what you ship or what you're into, so as long as nobody is being harassed 👍

So I have ADHD and dyslexia, apologies in advance. I post mostly art here, some of it is NSFW. If you're under 18, you're going to be blocked.

Please keep in mind that while I post NSFW art, I am not interested in NSFW activities, please respect that boundary.

You know, just because I post my NSFW art doesn't mean I'm going to follow your porn account. Not unless you want deeply sarcastic memes because I'M ASEXUAL.

Still, props to those three, they carried the show. Great acting, just terrible story-telling.
angrbodic.bsky.social
Charlie Hunnam, Alanna Darby, and Laurie Metcalf are the only saving graces in this show.

Also, the last two episodes were ridiculous; Gein had no involvement with Speck or Bundy. If you want to do "Mind Hunter", bring back the show.

I can't recommend this. It's just a complete mess.
angrbodic.bsky.social
No props for casting a trans woman because this subtext is going to be lost on a lot of people and hinting at the idea of Gein wanting to be a woman and then attempting to walk it back with a paraphilia diagnosis is still transphobic.
angrbodic.bsky.social
You want to tell Anthony Perkins' story of being a closeted gay man, you can do it without Ed Gein because what the hell was the point of that? Same for Christine Jorgensen.

The only praise I'll give is that Christine's actress was AMAZING.
angrbodic.bsky.social
And yeah, it is hard to ignore the tranpshobic and homophobic subtext, here, despite the producer being a gay man, himself.

I don't like the implantation of being in the closet to being akin to murder.

Ed Gein never cross dressed

- Never fixated on Christine Jorgensen.

I get them trying to inject a meta commentary with how Gein's crimes had an impact in the cultural zeitgiest, but that fell face flat. Introducing characters between the story and then using them to try to say Gein had psychotic breaks was poorly done.
angrbodic.bsky.social
Ed Gein only confessed to two murders, not others. I don't appreciate it going *that* far away from history and outright embracing fiction. Completely unnecessary.

Adeline's character was also unnecessary and a Mary Sue. There's no historical basis for her to be a character in the story.
