Just checked, and I'm about to hit 7 hours of sitting on my sofa and watching cycling races.

I did ride for 4.5 hours yesterday

But is this ok for me, doing nothing and watching bikes for so long 😩

Whoever threw that @vismaleaseabike.bsky.social bottle at MVDP needs to be found, charged, sentences and locked up.

That was an intentional attempt to injure/crash a rider. To cause harm.
