I don’t make a habit of defending government ministers but like… I would if they actually told the Supreme Court to go fuck itself because its ruling was incompetent (as many a person has said)

I used to sometimes check myself because very reasonable, intelligent people used to say to me that the Labour government isn’t explicitly transphobic, just caught up in a legal dispute.

But man, I don’t know about this. There’s a really nice excuse to just… ignore the Supreme Court there.
