That's the seed of a Harlequin glorybower. We have one in our yard and I love how unique the seeds are.

Funny enough, the ONE thing I did remember during each rewatch was the anxiety I felt about Janelle Monáe wearing thin sandals while breaking all that glass on the floor.
Tonight I watched THE GLASS ONION for the third time. And for the third time, I went in without knowing who did it. I didn't even remember who invited Benoit Blanc to the island.

My brain might be rotten, but at least I can enjoy the same murder mysteries over and over again.
Happy Gotcha Day, Gremlin!

5 years ago today, this pregnant lady came to us as a foster and quickly became a foster fail.
GOOD NIGHT ,
THE TSAR
After missing it at Fantastic Fest and then being delayed by COVID recovery, I'm finally seeing ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER at @hollywoodtheatre.org in 70mm. 📽️
Is this really the best name the Levi's marketing team could come up with?
I'm not sure why this exists, or why I even bought it, but...

I get to smell like Batman today!
I think we have to give credit @romanmars.bsky.social and @99pi.org for helping educate the public about the importance of flag design.

On Saturday, Oct. 4, at 10 a.m., the city of Vancouver organizes a ceremony where six alternate new flag designs will be raised on the city hall flagpole for public viewing. A final design will be picked by the end of October, with the city council adopting it by resolution in November.

A visiting Cooper's Hawk from across the room and out a window. I only take the best photos. 🪶
Oh yeah, I agree 💯%.
Perhaps. But in this particular example, I've always found the placement of buttons to mimic the rotary layout to be bad UX when the 3x4 grid was already common for push button phones at the time.
Monday morning soundtrack provided by the Movie Disco Dancing Hits.

This was one of my favorite 8-track tapes as a kid. Something reminded me of it the other day, so I found an old vinyl copy online and it arrived in the mail this morning.
The porch belongs to Earl Gray now and he will defend it from interlopers.

Back in War-Ravaged Portland™. When we left the house with Andy's mom to go to Austin, we told her to feel free to tame the "feral" cat while we were away and...she did.

My test turned positive within seconds with a half-assed swab. I don't know how she's dodged it so far. Just a better immune system I guess.
Happy belated birthday! 🎉🥳🎈🎂
Heather was sick first, so I had to outdo her.
Well, add me to the body count for those testing positive with COVID at #FantasticFest. Bummed to miss the final day, but this is the world we live in now.
Burnt Ends is weird too. It smells both sweet and smokey. But the cornbread one really smells like their cornbread.
Personally, I think it's vile, it smells like popcorn flavored Jelly Belly tastes.

But we're bringing back one to a friend who asked for it anyway. 😀
