Just for giggles, I put a chapter I just wrote through an AI detector. Likely 21% AI generated.
I tested two other snippets, one written three years ago, that was 18%. Even something I wrote 10 years ago got a 20%. The messy, nasty, first draft with terrible spelling and barely any punctuation? 8%
