Fraser & McColl’s premises in Eastgate, #Inverness in 1980. The business was founded in the 1880s as an ironmongers and maker of agricultural implements. In 1985, it moved to premises in Glebe Street when these buildings were demolished to make way for the Eastgate Shopping Centre

Flodigarry Hotel, #Skye, with the Trotternish Ridge behind, 1930s. 

The house was built in the early 1890s for Ranald Livingston MacDonald, the great great grandson of Flora MacDonald. After his death in 1926, it was converted into a hotel.

#Dornie, late-1930s. The lorries were owned by William G. Finlay of Ardelve and were used during the construction of Dornie Bridge. The main contractor was William Tawse of Aberdeen, with local workers and vehicles subcontracted.
