I actually saw that the best way to counter these flags rather than taking them down or destroying them (which while I'm sure most police departments wouldn't charge, I think might be a crime?) it's to take them down, write nice stuff on them like "refugees welcome" and put them back

They could have so easily omitted the Rey and Peepaw Palp storyline and lost nothing, if anything I think it was cooler for her to have no force bloodline. They gained nothing from GrandPalp reveal except an awkward conversation at the family reunion 😂

I will also say it is so funny that they did the reveal of Grandpappy Palpatine AND the Rey Kylo kiss in the same movie without considering what they've created. But Luke and Leia also kiss in the first one so this franchise was built on confusing shippers tbh.

I am obsessed with the fact that they went with a romance route with those two because she's his aunt 😂 if she's palpatines grand daughter and he's anakins grandson and anakin is related to Palpatine via ✨midichlorians✨ then they're relatives. Tbh it's so messy no one cares so no harm in shipping!
