Get out of tech stocks, kids.

Tech companies are pouring billions into AI chips and data centers. Increasingly, they are relying on debt and risky tactics. Financial analysts are worried there's a bubble that will soon pop.
Here's why concerns about an AI bubble are bigger than ever

It’s also got way more in common with the Epstein scandal than you really want to know.

I feel like I’ve spent twice as much than usual on groceries in the last week, and it was even worse when I was staying in Denver, where identical items were $1-2 more there than in Nashville.

Groceries saw their biggest jump in nearly three years last month, a worrisome sign for inflation-weary shoppers. Tariffs are contributing to higher prices for imported staples like bananas and coffee.

What a beautiful story about my neighborhood. I am very over living in Nashville, but this is a wonderful reminder that there is good everywhere.
In Woodbine, a small group of volunteers rides bikes throughout the neighborhood, distributing food and Narcan, fighting huge problems. Woodbine doesn’t have a major grocery store, and after recent deaths, the neighborhood’s unhoused community fear for their lives.
