Had to pay for a rescue inhaler out of pocket because I couldn't handle the back and forth denials from insurance anymore. Screw my decade of finding the right asthma meds, I guess. Not allowed.

Since I've seen it happen multiple times now: there are new scammers who copy artist's profiles and DM mutuals/followers of that artist and try to sell them something.
I would NEVER DM you first asking if you'd want a commission! No reputable artist would message you first!!
