It is truly archaic that as part of Fredericton's zoning code there is a prohibition against "drinking establishments" within 300m of a place of worship.

I just checked. Including this World Cup, Scotland has drawn the same group as Brazil 5 TIMES in the last 7 we've qualified for!

I'm the biggest soccer fan I know, and I had to turn off the World Cup Draw because the cringe was just too high.

There are some consistencies in snowfall forecasts for late Tuesday thru Wednesday:
- the Atlantic coast most likely to have a rain mix; so lower snowfalls
- high ground over the South Mountain (Ann Valley) & N NS most likely to have higher snowfalls.
- wet snow not as deep, but is heavy!
Still TBD

I maintain that the NTSB is one the most important government agencies, possibly in the world.
My thoughts are with the victims of today's UPS plane crash, but they are also with the NTSB investigators who, tomorrow, will dig through half a mile of toxic debris to find the black boxes, all without being paid. Godspeed to them as well.
