Donald Trump’s bullying is absurd, yet it also exposes these institutions of so call higher learning as nothing more than money driven companies.

It has shown we must overhaul higher education. Would be nice if part of that was to make it free and universal.

My problem with this headline “Israeli soldiers appear to kill Palestinian men in West Bank after they surrender” is would a western news outlet use the phrase “appear to” if it was footage of Russian, Iranian, or Venezuelan soldiers?

Besides so many mid tier donors who are the lifeblood of state electeds are landlords and developers, the GOP is the Boomer party.

Boomers are mainly current home owners and they tend to demand policies to jack up their home values.

The GOP will never be the party of housing affordability.
Republicans admit they have no policies to address America’s out of control housing costs.

This isn’t surprising, the establishment of both parties has long gotten drunk off of the money from the legions of real estate developers and landlords who donate to local and state politicians.

This was clear from the beginning. South Beach and South Florida are in a bad economic situation. Home prices are too high, wages too low, and tourists are being scared off with anti spring break campaigns.

NYC is fine. It’s us who need to get our act together.

Trump’s threats of executions are extreme, but remember:

Trump’s injustice department has been unable to make a convincing case against a single political opponent and was even unable to indicate a ham sandwich in DC.

So while it’s disturbing it’s more old man screams at cloud than new normal.

Far right attacks on Wicked are hilarious.

Both in how unimportant the movies are but also, Wicked at the end of the day tries to whitewash a character who commits war crimes and enslaves people while the original books had of queer and trans characters with a very progressive vibe.
