No matter what the President says, San Francisco is not asking for the National Guard to come.

There is no lawful basis to deploy the National Guard to San Francisco.

If the President tries to deploy the National Guard to San Francisco, we’ll see him in court.

This past June, we sued one of the largest landlords in CA for violating tenant protection laws.

Now, we’re asking tenants who’ve been exposed to unsafe housing conditions to share their stories with us at oag.ca.gov/report.

All California tenants have the right to safe living conditions.

Breaking: we’ve secured a court order BLOCKING Trump’s unlawful deployment of the California National Guard in Portland.

This fight isn’t over, but today’s rebuke of the President’s illegal actions is a step in the right direction.

The National Guard is not President Trump’s personal police force.
