it's normal for interests to come and go but sometimes i feel like my passion for movies/the "craft" of "filmmaking" or whatever is nearly dried up. in my early 20s even a shitty movie that did one thing well felt exceptional and now they almost all feel like a waste of time and resources

I think of Angeline Era's character art as "gestural" vertex colors: big blocks of gradients and hard edges that loosely gesture at finer details. They are often seen very small on the screen, so it helps them not appear over-detailed. But I also think it looks beautiful up close!
