According to USPS Informed Delivery, my @dinosaurdracula.bsky.social Funpack spent the weekend at the local distribution center here in Wisconsin less than 30 miles from my house. Instead of being delivered yesterday like I expected, it got sent to Upper Michigan. WTF USPS?

I've been dying my hair since I was 16. After spending the past few years blonde-ish, I decided to go back to brown, which is somewhere in the realm of my natural color. It turned out... dark. I know from experience it will fade over the next few days. But right now I'm calling it goose shit brown.

Got some good news at our biannual board meeting on Friday. The board approved a promotion for me! They haven't decided on my new title yet, but I was assured it will come with an increase in pay.

I seem to remember a "very special episode" of this show causing my parents to have a talk with me about adults who touch kids in places they shouldn't, and that if a man ever tried to do that to me I should kick him as hard as I could between his legs.
The TV show, Diff’rent Strokes, premiered 47 years ago today. While most people have heard of this show, I am surprised at how many have never watched an episode. I hope today people might give it a watch or maybe check out a podcast about it.

If anyone asks why I'm wearing a wrist brace, I'll be tempted to answer with "aggressive hand jobs". But the truth is, I fell asleep with my wrist twisted and when I woke up and tried to untwist it, something popped. Now it hurts like heck (which is less than hell, but still painful).
