Es' love language is quality time, or even just existing in the same space as the people she cares about, really: you'll know she likes you when she sticks to you like glue and asks you 5,000 questions about yourself (she's filing away the answers so she can surprise you later).

Es' charisma is surprisingly understated; she doesn't ooze charm nor is she the kind of person who'd draw everyone's attention in a crowd. But her sincerity & gregariousness--the way she makes you feel like she's your best friend and gets you better than anyone--make her *very* persuasive
