I am sorry that I will likely be quiet for a while and I am sorry if a little part of me never truly heals from this. The hole he has left in my life can never be fully healed and at the moment, I can't imagine it healing at all.

It's going to be hard to get through this. I am grateful for a wonderful mum and brother and a husband that has been amazing and supportive. I am so lucky to have such a support group.

On Saturday I lost one of the most important people in my life. My dad. He was an incredible man who inspired me to be myself no matter what that looked like. He gave me one of the most beautiful gifts anyone could give, music. He gave me the best childhood anyone could ask for.
