The new curriculum is cooked. It treats teaching like it's just standing at the front of the class making kids learn an endless series of facts for 6 hrs a day. The science lists of bullet points all end w a dead western scientist they (presumably) need to learn abt & cram for an assessment. Cooked.

Human existence has only been about wage labor for ~0.1% of our history. Having a job isn’t the same as having a purpose, and there’s nothing bad about losing jobs. The only way that could ever be a problem is if a bunch of assholes had tied all of our basic needs to our usefulness to rich people.

Haunted Scotland, freaky as mate.
Just got to the end of the Banshee Pub episode where the trapped spirits go through to the light. As soon as he says the door has shut, my battery radio starts playing “A Little Bit Of Light Banter” by Sparks. Its battery is flat and has not played all day. Ahhhh 😬🫨
