That's the trouble with champagne yeast - very high alcohol tolerance so unless you've got a ton of sugars, it gets dry.

Good old fashioned S-04 will leave more sugars, and probably flocculate better too ;-)

How's the code going? Well I just spend longer than I care to admit trying to work out why my app was throwing a 'not found' exception despite *also* serving the page I was expecting without a problem.

And then I realised the sodding browser was trying to also load a favicon that doesn't exist.
