Thank you. 😘 I'm whining in a high-level, I happy to have a job with my neck/neurological illness, but this bonus was supposed to finance my glasses next year, which I REALLY need. (Getting older is so much fun 😆) they will cost me about 1500 EUR, because of my bad eyes. *sighs*

How to not motivate your employees: wanting to cancel the Christmas bonuses. After a year of extra work for everyone, shitty decisions from the people in charge that increased the problems, now that.
Is anyone hiring? Preferably work from home and without having to deal with people?
