Only learned today that advance publications (of condé nast) owns like a lottt of Reddit shares? Incidentally learned through that that condé nast isn’t just its own thing. Everything is always like 5 other things, dang.

Also 10% cut to program grants, reducing services and increasing rates. To keep the tax rate flat. I feel like I’m gonna have to wear my coat in council chambers bc at this point the heat may also need to be shut off to keep the tax rate flat.

Sorry I went AFK to go yell in the bathroom because I looked up Ottawa's road safety strategy which has an engineering section that has engineering countermeasures that can be used by staff in the road network to make roads safer. Ours does not.

Sometimes municipal politics makes you reapply deodorant in the city hall bathroom to cover your stress sweat
But then sometimes you are reminded you’re still in a small city and councillors will shred at the local pump track. Yay
