Hillary Clinton blames TikTok and “totally made up” videos for young people’s views on Israel and Palestine.

She says social media influenced “not just the usual suspects” but also “young Jewish Americans who don’t know the history and don’t understand.”

We all desperately want to clear the courts backlog seeing victims withdraw from the criminal justice process.

But the backlog was caused by chronic underfunding, not juries.

Restricting jury trials would undermine our democracy and right to a fair trial, and may even be a false economy.

CAMPAIGN WIN 🎉

The UK is withdrawing funding from a massive gas power plant in Mozambique. Funding this carbon bomb would have been a climate and human rights disaster. Thanks to campaigners keeping up the pressure, today we can celebrate this huge win

In 2023/24, UK govt gave £78.2bn tax relief on pension contributions.

32% benefitted 29.2m basic rate (20%) taxpayers.

68% went to higher and additional rate (40% and 45%) tax payers.

Equalizing tax relief at 20% to all, leaves govt £14.5bn spare to alleviate poverty.
