One more thing to contact your reps about ... The current administration is pushing to undermine a core element of the Fair Housing Act - Disparate Impact. Without it, discriminatory housing policies will continue to thrive behind the sheerist of veils. All architects need to speak out.

We cannot have architecture without builders and craftspeople. Advocate for workers rights and 4th amendment workplaces on all of your projects. Discuss it with your clients. Write it into your specifications. DM me if you want a yard sign for your project.

Tons of water filled our lakes and creeks in Mebane during Chantal. Our water treatment plant was damaged by flooding. The site is surrounded by an auto parts salvage yard & a huge development area scraped free of vegetation. All the problems all at once. Cascading effects #mebane#climatechange
