Philadelphia launches a history scholarship program for the nation's 250th. The Young Philadelphians Continental Congress is a partnership between the city's public schools and Carpenters' Hall. Organizers say the goal is to move history out of textbooks and classrooms and into the city itself.

November 20 was the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Nuremberg Trials, which brought Nazi leaders to justice following World War II. The Harvard Law School Library has completed a decades-long effort to fully digitize the records of the trials and make them publicly available.

On Friday, a U.S. District Court issued a summary judgment, ruling that the Trump administration's attempts to dismantle IMLS was unlawful, unconstitutional, and in direct violation of Congress' clear statutory directives.
