I made a pricey meh turkey 1x & decided to never make it again for thxgiving. I marinate & grill salmon - turkey of the sea - & we pair it w/a ton of Italian despite having no Italian blood. The wine drinks well despite being abt 3yrs outside the 'best' window [guessing]. Missed it in our collection
