@samfr.bsky.social Congratulations on the book contract. If it’s anything like the first one, it’ll be a best seller!

And get well soon.

An odd week. Been unexpectedly stuck in hospital. But also found out I've got a contract for my second book which I'm very excited about.

It wouldn't have happened without the substack so to celebrate here's a special offer link: 25% off for your first year.

This probably isn’t actually answering the question but I think it’s worth GBs understanding that if their accessibility plan *isn’t* making a difference for SEND pupils then it needs revisiting ASAP. #BigQuestions
#BIGQuestions are quick chances to reflect and also sharing your own wisdom.

How do great governing bodies, schools and leaders ensure that accessibility plans make a difference to our SEND pupils?

Just six of the three dozen student societies that take place across the school at lunch and in the evenings.
It’s one of the things that makes the place so amazing, and such a good invitation to the post-18 world of opportunity and leadership.
