It was wonderful to attend the Winterton Federation nativity/carol service at All Saints Church today. As someone said on the way out who doesn't love little ones with tea towels on their heads 😍 Oh & the way they filed out of church singing their hearts out Joyous! Proud chair #Governors #UKEdGovs

Day 12 #ResearchAdvent Thinkers ... well I'd like to include myself in this as I've been thinking so hard this week my head is exploding! 😂 Trying to plan & write my theoretical framework. Interested in typologies of power (French & Raven) also looking leadership theories esp. Relational Leadership

This is a great idea Mary but as governors are volunteers I'm hoping the cost of signing up is very low?

#ResearchAdvent Day 10 Methodology I wanted to raise the voices of governors in my research. I also wanted to use the authoritative knowledge of experienced chairs to inform my survey. So my research uses a social constuctionist approach. It's been enjoyable and in the early stages collaborative.

I havent published any papers yet but I hope to after ..... if .... 🤫 My supervisor reminded me that I am "not doing this in secret!" 😂 I have recently had a couple of teeny contributions in other people's books. #ReseachAdvent
