I can get that, but I feel like it's the treatment and the art you make of your oc that really differentiates them? Tbh even in original content, I've never seen a character that isn't twinning at least 5 other characters 😭 But characters with excellent writing, art, etc. stand out from their twins

It's such a nice 2nd mmo for FF14 players specifically.... It really feels like everything they excel at, FF14 is lacking on (open world, transmog/dye system, etc.) but it also makes me appreciate where FF14 shines 😭 like the dungeons and raiding and all that

also it genuinely has such incredibly fun class design,,,,,, like there are some classic archetypes you can't really dial in on (Wizard...... Sorry Ele) but you get such INTERESTING and UNIQUE class choices I love it. The flow for most classes is amazing too! Game has such feel good fluidity

I'll ALWAYS hype up GW2 like they have main canon lgbtq+ characters, they actually put a ton of love into areas that are inspired by non-western cultures including releasing new character customization options for those areas, the game has the best open world period, and the devs are sweethearts 😭
