The trailblazing transgender rights activist Miss Major has passed away at the age of 78.

Miss Major was a lifelong organizer and participant in the ballroom scene. She took part in the 1969 Stonewall Riots and was injured by the police — but she kept fighting.

しかしオランダ、難民申請却下された入国者をウガンダに移送する計画があるんですか。英国ルワンダ間での似たような移送は英国最高裁に却下されたんですが。
当然オランダのこの計画にも批判があるらしいです。
で、オランダはLGBTの難民申請者はウガンダに移送されることはないと請け負った。
ウガンダは、極端な反LGBT法でLGBTが逃げていく方の国ですから。

今日はひろしまプライドパレードにお邪魔してきました。

パレード前のセッションで、LGBTの子ども若者の現状に関してここいろhiroshimaの當山敦己さんとお話ししてしました。

先生たちは変わってきたけど、関心や意欲にばらつきがある/家族も受け入れが難しいところと理解あるところの差が大きいよねという話や、学習指導要領に今回こそぜひ載せたいねという話をしてきました。

ニューヨークのナッソー郡で、公共施設での女性スポーツイベントにトランス女性の参加を禁じる法案が、州控訴裁判所から仮差し止めを受ける。
この法案は地元のローラーダービーリーグによる異議申し立てが郡の裁判所で審理され、郡最高裁は法案を支持する判決を下していたが、その数日後の州裁判所による仮差し止めとなった。

アフリカの4言語で作業するボランティアは、MITテクノロジーレビューに対し、Wikipedia版の記事の40%から60%が修正されていない機械翻訳であるとする推定を語った。グリーンランド語に近いカナダの先住民族言語であるイヌクティトゥット語版のWikipedia版を監査した結果、MITテクノロジーレビューは、3分の2以上に、AIで作成された部分が含まれていると推定した。
編集者たちは優秀なウィキペディアンによる手書きの記事の重要性を強調した。

AI生成のゴミ記事が少数言語のwikipediaを破滅させる。
AIによって作成された文法から単語の意味まで間違った記事がwikipedia席巻し、これをAIが学習に使用してさらに間違いを悪化させるという正のフィードバックが形成されるおそれから、グリーンランド語のwikipediaは管理者によって閉鎖される。
Google翻訳はフルフルデ語で1月を意味する単語を6月と表示翻訳し、ChatGPTは8月か9月とする。農村の情報源としてのwikiを目指す編集者もデタラメに悩まされる。

性自認に対する転向療法についての研究はかなり少なく、多分2020年くらいから数本が公開され、いずれも有害なものと結論付けられていますが、それより三十年以上前に有害さが報告されそびれていたわけですか。

元の論文は、入院療法がシスジェンダーの自認へ誘導するものではないと説明していたが、当時マクフェイデンさんはトイレまで監視される入院生活を送り、医療記録からは嫌悪療法の痕跡も伺えた。
シスジェンダーにならなければ退院できない。トランスジェンダーに戻れば病院に連れ戻される。恐怖を植え付けられたジェーンさんは、長期に渡る悪影響をうけ、二十年以上にわたりクローゼットの人生を送った。
