My body fat has dropped 3% since I started seeing a PT in July, and I've lost more than a stone 💪
More importantly, I feel so much healthier and happier with myself, and I'm genuinely proud of what I can achieve.

I keep seeing an argument that a subscription, rather than advertising, video platform to compete with YouTube would allow for quality artistic content to come to the fore, instead of algorithmically-chosen slop.

Cracker jokes are bad on purpose. Most mass-produced crackers in the UK are made by one company who deliberately only approve jokes that get groans, not laughs. A good joke tends to be smart so not getting it makes you feel dumb. They don't want anyone to feel dumb at Christmas.

I know BMI is kinda bullshit but I can't deny feeling pretty pleased that my weigh-in this morning put me in the "healthy weight" category for the first time in probably 20 years.

Boots just moved my flu jab appointment because apparently the pharmacist at that store on the date I booked "can't do private flu jabs". It's odd to me that they specified 'private'. Are the NHS ones allowed to be butchers or something?

I've lost 6.5kg since May, and 2.75% body fat. Since I have a habit of focussing on negatives like, in this case, what I need to do and how much I want to lose, I am trying to celebrate progress instead.
