There's some youth US ID camps today ('11s & '12s), but I haven't gotten the whole camp list for any ages.

Good report on a match involving a leading club in USL Super Lg (who already use fall-spring 'Euro' calendar MLS et al will adopt) & how they (in a non-'cold weather locale') had to manage extreme winter wx not just on gameday but in training.
