It's not a regime, it is a consortium of corrupted bureaucrats that can put on sanctions on the entire nation, but not the dictator and his criminals individually, since they are not allergic to his blood money.

And this paints the picture that the hypocrisy in the EU is taking hold, that the stories about the rule of law, human rights and expansion are just that. Stories, most probably for your own internal usage, especially after you hit us all with sanctions and then us "WhAt Do YoU ExPeCt uS To Do?!"

Only group that I know personally that deserves Nobel peace prize are students from Serbia, who are organizing one of the largest peaceful protests against dictatorship today. They are being beaten, jailed, maimed, end up with broken bones and organ failures, and THEY KEEP PERSISTING.
