My chest arms… everything feels different I can tell I’m making a huge difference in myself. I’m doing more pushups… my ultimate goal of knowing progress is when I can do 5 pull ups with no problem.

I’m only deadlifting 225 currently I’m very much aware I can go higher than that though.
