Legally enforceable. Clearly an immediate clarification from Stellantis, or send this to court. When Stellantis says they have undefined 'plans', they are stalling. They know the volatility of shifting Jeep production. $55 M of taxpayer money given.

We were waitlisted at one pharmacy, which hasn't yet received the vaccine, and cold-called another pharmacy that had the vaccine. My message... be aggressive in sourcing your next shot, as distribution is uneven at this stage. We are still waiting and will return for the flu vaccine.

If US manufacturers cease to produce and essentially abandon plants, Canada should capitalize on any opportunity to bring other vehicle manufacturing onboard. Abandoned plants either produce, or become Crown property. No soft-shoeing.

Along with the bailout money received for non-delivered manufacturing sustainability, an abandoned plant is a standing liability. Canada should offer $1.00 to seize and sell the plants for future European and South Korean manufacturing.
