The DOJ’s push to shut down apps that report ICE agent locations violates free speech. Citizens have the right to track and share public government actions. Apps like HKmap.live and Vigilante show how “public safety” becomes an excuse to censor citizen transparency and accountability.

This exchange lends a ton of support to this New York Times story from January that the White House previously denied. Trump reportedly joked in 2024 that Stephen Miller wants to purge the country of anyone who doesn't look like him — and Trump fully supports what he is doing.

“He has the president’s complete trust,” said Mr. McCarthy. “Trump’s complained about everyone. Never him.”
Mr. Trump may not complain about Mr. Miller, but he does occasionally poke at his obsession with immigrants — a hostility that goes far beyond Mr. Trump’s. In one meeting during the 2024 campaign, Mr. Trump said that if it was up to Mr. Miller there would be only 100 million people in this country, and they would all look like Mr. Miller, according to a person with knowledge of the comment. Karoline Leavitt, Mr. Trump’s spokeswoman, denied the account.

Can police enter your home without a warrant? The Supreme Court will soon decide.

Should a simple call to emergency services be enough to justify sending heavily armed officers into someone's home?

Birthright citizenship is an important check on government.

I don’t want a situation where there are generations of people who are born in a nation but aren’t considered citizens by the government.

Ending birthright citizenship only gives the “Send them back!” crowd more ammo.

I don’t usually jump on the bandwagon of giving MTG credit, but her encouraging Trump to stop letting Miller call the shots on immigration is something I’ll give her credit for.

The Trump administration should reverse course on their immoral, ruthless, and strategically bad immigration policies.
