Always pathologizing ppl "it must be drugs" "it must be bad parenting" . Yet they never have those criticisms for corporations like nestle lobbying against parental leave, or causing so much micro plastics in the world that everyone has it in their brain and blood.

Having a healthy gut biome should be factored as a component of the hierarchy of needs.

When ego depletion (unmet hierarchy of needs) occurs, other areas of self care go unmet. Routines become destabilized after imbalance, gut biome suffers, so mental health suffers.

It's no wonder why the very same folks governed by corporate sponsors keep their brand loyalty to feed their compromised gut biomes.

If ppl were truly about making the nation healthy then the gut biome wouldn't continue to get treated like a conspiracy theory or a niche interest. When scientist are referring to our gut as "the second brain".
