My recommendation is to take your time, do side quests when they become available, & try to build a team with a good amount of megas for the story. It's not necessary but it'll make your life easier. Also the shit blocking paths, just hit with a super effective typing. This is not clear in game xD;

Main complaint is that the rival character (Urbain, idk about Tawnie) is probably the most annoying pos imaginable. Some battles in the final stretch were challenging visually, but doable. Everything else is honestly pretty damn solid, especially for a pokemon game

Beat the main story of pokemon legends z-a, after about a week (mostly spent wasting time on clothing...) and it was really good! I liked it a lot actually. An absolute blast to play, very beautiful, not nearly as many issues as in previous modern pokemon games. Very solid, give it a try
