Have you actually listened to him speaking? Have you watched him at the London Assembly, over many years?
If you had, you wouldn't have held this view of him.

Really? Does it sound likely that 150 children in assembly would be left alone with a visitor and no staff?

The school and my parent source confirmed that of course staff were there throughout.

A teacher even led with a Christian prayer at the end of assembly

But

“when you come and visit our Mosque in yr 6 you’ll all get a turn to try praying on the mat”

7 year old says “she says we’ll pray on mats in year 6”

According to the daughter of a parent I spoke to, they were told:

They would get to visit the mosque in year 6 and get to have a have a turn at praying on a mat.

Because she only brought 1 mat!

Instead they’d get to use one in the mosque in a year 6 visit.

GB News took this further and claimed they were told “you’ll all be Muslim by year 6”

One parent told me:

I knew about it. I remember reading ‘visit from Sketty mosque’ and saying, “That’s not going to go down well with certain parents.”

Sadly, they were right🤦🏼‍♀️

Far Right media outlet - Voice of Wales (VOW)- a group banned from YouTube for racism in 2021 - advertised the meeting on their socials and attended the meeting themselves.

They posted a number of videos before and after the meeting with a whole host of spurious claims

A lady from a local mosque visited a primary school in Swansea to talk about Islam in a school assembly.

Cue utter outrage from a small, very vocal group of people🤬🤯

They approached a recently defected Tory turned Reform councillor and called a meeting.
