OpenAI’s strategy is very clear, it’s trying to get people - especially young people - so reliant on its products intellectually & emotionally (& now sexually!) that going without them becomes unthinkable. And they need signs of that strategy working to keep the funding flowing in

What you consider "gaming" the system I consider to be coalition building, the exact thing that creates political potency. That is the entire point of RCV and it's why the winner is—in my experience—always the strongest and also the one that most people will be at least ok with.

Honestly I didn't really care if Mills ran or not because of RCV but after getting five different text messages from her in less than two hours even after unsubscribing from each of the previous ones, I am now reconsidering that and am primarily angry, once again, at Chuck Schumer.

My understanding is she is not a popular governor. As for beating Collins, Platner is already leading her. I am not endorsing him, but if electability is your only concern, he already seems to have that.

In order to win in RCV, a candidate usually has to work to court the supporters of other candidates that somewhat align with their stances. That process *usually* guarantees the person *most* people are at least good with wins. That translates directly into electability for the general.
