The March unveiling was like a fancy teaser, it just had the renderings and the floor plans. This second unveiling apparently has the actual plans needed to build.

BC’s housing catalogue seems way nicer nicer and was released in half the time.

Plain language crusader here. If some people are unaware that antifa means anti-fascist then use "anti-fascist". If a term needs an explanation, use a different term. Make no room for confusion (or excuses) during an emergency.
I love how this article describes coop housing as the condo’s cousin! It’s so clear and simple.

I keep hearing people being unsure of what coop housing is and describing it as social housing. There seems to be a lot of confusion and misconceptions.

New study from Melbourne finds reducing residential speed limits from 50km/h to 30 km/h on local roads would protect cyclists from danger, make riding less stressful and get more people cycling while not causing traffic delays for cars.
Switching 50km/h speed limits to 30km/h would protect cyclists while barely affecting commutes, research finds
One expert says a cyclist hit by a car travelling 50km/h has about a one-in-ten chance of surviving, while at 30km/h it was a nine-in-ten chance

I can’t think of a single celebrity podcast I’ve listened to- I know other people must listen to them but I feel like there must be other people with no interest in listing to celebrities just because.

I think the broadcast experience really stands out, the podcasts without it are very obvious.
The recent US emphasis on killing the Canadian car industry seems like they’re okay with us buying cars from other countries.

Tell me the Nobel committee isn't deliberately sticking it to Shtrumpf.
This gives me a new appreciation for Rockstar’s inclusion of the KKK as thoroughly inept minor antagonists in RDR2.

Thinking more on it, that would be a really bold game to make now with such political messages as it had.

Please everyone buy my latest book which is all about this problem and how we can fix it. It has, of course, been ignored by the mainstream press.

Councillor Bravo asks about the finances of the speed camera program. CFO says 24% of fine revenue is remitted back to the province. Admin costs take 35%. Remainder goes to road safety initiatives, including to pay the salaries of 18 police officers, plus crossing guards, etc.
-buy durable clothes made from ethical and sustainable fibres instead of fast fashion brands
-buy fewer items of clothing
-restructure society to be less obsessed with consumption
-learn basic sewing skills to repair your clothes when they’re damaged
Show a person some numbers, make them think for a day. Get a person to educate themselves on Saskatchewan’s ridiculous political financing laws, maybe they can stop being an idiot.

But realistically, limited on digits, and internet search exists.

This correlates with my experience of going to Scotland and driving in a city with a 20 MPH speed limit just one time.

Keep it coming. I know there’s no shame in this government, but maybe there will be enough outrage for Ford to reverse on this.
