I forgot to mention yesterday! It's super fucking awesome to see youth out there building on ATProto. When I was a kid, we had things like Minecraft to really get us into the open source world, that let us create whatever we wanted to and learn while we were doing it. 1/

The best thing I did to improve my aesprite workflow was just... learning all the keybinds I regularly use. The linked image would previously take 20-30 minutes, but knowing keybinds shaved off 5-8 minutes. That adds up when you're making TONS of sprite variations.

stayed up until 3AM trying to get my wargame project to work in unity because "unity is probably better than godot, really have to just buck up and be an adult about it" and friends, i can authoritatively tell you that no, for 2D projects, it absolutely is not.
They don't make memes like they used to 🤣
