Creatine, there were some tests done recently and I don’t know off hand but I know that Optimum, Nutrex, and several others all popped very clean. If you want to be double sure use things that use CreaPure… but in reality Creatine Monohydrate is cheap so rarely is it “shortcut” in production

Problems with plant based stuff and lead has been an issue for a long time. That’s why i stick to Optimum whey and Transparent labs for the most part (both in the good section here)

Still no positive science for collagen powders, so I don’t know on those.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?
