Man muss natürlich auch beachten, dass es in den Ländern unterschiedliche Regeln gibt, welche Art von Verhältnis Patient und lebender Spender haben müssen.

Schade, dass es wenige Länderpaare gibt, die in vielerlei Hinsicht ähnlich sind, sich aber nur bei Opt-In/Opt-Out unterscheiden. Man könnte aber z.B. Deutschland/Österreich, Estland/Lettland oder Dänemark/Schweden vergleichen

Hmm, weiß ich nicht. Das Argument, dass Opt-Out Spenden von Toten zu Lasten von Spenden durch Lebende erhöht ist interessant. Aber sind Organe von verstorbenen Spendern nicht wohlfahrtstechnisch "besser" als die von lebenden? Erstere haben ja wirklich gar keine Einschränkung, letztere schon.
