i do agree though. my mom had an uneventful menopause and felt a lot more even keel afterwards so i really want to get it over with. hormone fluctuations are ROUGH on my brain.

you're technically only in menopause after your period stops for a year. perimenopause is when your reproductive system is winding itself down, and can start up to 10 years prior to menopause.
