Normalize telling people what they mean to you.

Big things or small. The person that helps you think about things differently or the pet posts that make you smile for a minute.

You won’t loose cool points for being sincere. I promise.

We’re getting really close to Lee-Ann’s surgery. Boosting her post or giving (any amount makes a dent) is very appreciated. 🙏

*GFM details in her linked post below.

Trying to raise the remaining $1617 by my surgical date on October 23rd. No amount is too small. Appreciate boosting and quote-reposts for visibility.

Apologies, somehow the original was deleted. I'm undergoing my 3rd urgent, non-elective revision spinal fusion this Oct to replace & extend my hardware. I'd appreciate any help in achieving this goal to ensure I have the resources necessary to recover safely & fully.

PSA: We’ve reached the “protect & hide your persecuted neighbors” phase of fascism. So be prepared to protect & hide your persecuted neighbors.

Never Again is now. Behave in a way you won’t be ashamed to tell your future grandkids about.

Border Patrol “attempted to arrest a plumber working inside a Logan Heights home but left empty-handed after the homeowner refused them entry.

The homeowner told agents she would not allow them inside because the warrant they presented did not include her address and lacked a judge's signature.”
Federal immigration operations target San Diego neighborhoods, sparking community resistance
Federal immigration agents conducted operations in Logan Heights and Southeast San Diego on Friday, with community members capturing footage of the enforcement actions.

You shouldn’t have to risk long-term worsening or go without having heart issues looked at. Easier said than done, I know.

I was already diagnosed too and POTS is on my medical record, but the tilt table wasn’t done at this particular hospital so they won’t treat me unless I redo it (even though they can see my results). Hopefully your drs accept the lean test even if that means getting it from your laptop. 🤞

I've been refusing a tilt table. I had one a long time ago (before the ME) and it was hard on me then. I can't risk a flare now because lately they've been lowering my baseline. And the docs here don't understand ME or PEM either.

I’m about to try to sleep (unintentional vampire hours), but I’ll always check if you message or respond as soon as I’m up. I hope you were able to get some relief and rest. ❤️

When I was homeless in 2019, the Salvation Army shelter refused to give me a bed (even though they were available), because I was on immunosuppressant meds and they didn’t want to be responsible or liable if I got more sick or died on premises. They’d rather I die on the street.

It’s dinner time for the police. Appears to be pizza from a Salvation Army van.

Broadview’s “free speech” curfew starts soon, at 6pm.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

I think people who know me here understand when I reply with a simple 🫂. Saw a conversation where someone was annoyed with emoji hearts left on serious posts and I thought about how often I use the 🫂

So often I see you, understand you, and have big feelings, but not the words. My 🫂 means something.

I hope your meds help soon. Everything will look a little better with less pain. 🫂

That sounds stressful for both of you. Lots of love and gentle pats for Penny. ❤️

It's ok to vent. Sending love and some hope too. 🫂
