Steven Universe: The Movie

Animation is fun, bouncy, and gorgeous especially for a TV movie. The soundtrack is memorable. The narrative choice to have the gems back at square one makes the film feel like a celebration of how far they've come. It also gives us the best villain in the series.

the 2010s really were the peak of tv shows. it was the beginning of the streaming era while cable tv was still popular, so companies were way more open to experimentation

Steven Universe (2013-2019)

My favorite cartoon of all time. I was obsessed with it when it came out and still rewatch every year. Gonna watch the movie and Future next and I can't wait for Lars of the Stars. Love the art, music, and ofc the story where I notice something new every rewatch

The PS2 truly is the best console ever because it is constantly becoming more powerful. Each time we say something "looks like a PS2 game" we're talking about a game of a higher fidelity than the last. What the PS2 is capable of in 2025 is so far beyond what it was capable of in 2003. That's amazing
