I don't really understand the finances in this case. I get like a one month free access to a journal I already have access to for my efforts to uphold publishing standards. Quite a big jump to millions, which are then away from cancer research. A public corporal punishment would've been better.

Joko sen tulon tason säätämisessä tai verotuksessa. Parhaimmillaan perustulo voisi poistaa kannustimet turhalle työlle, mutta riittävät kannustimia tarvitaan tärkeille, mutta ei niin suosituille töille. Siis sellaisessa oikeassa tuottavuusloikan jälkeisessä ja maltillisen kulutuksen utopiassa.

Jotenkin pitäisi ottaa parempi ote siitä mitä työtä halutaan tehtävän, mitä tuotettavan ja tutkittavan. Tähän tarvitaan byrokraattista perustuloa.

Jaa'a, käsittääkseni lopputulos on sileämpi ja kestävämpi joskaan ei enää niin lämmin. Varmaan jotain tuotantotaloudellisia etuja, koska muutenhan kannattaisi mieluummin myydä kaksi heikompaa, parempaa ja biohajoavaa tuotetta. En ymmärrä koko touhua.
