lemme spell it out more clearly: white american trans folk you NEED to learn the history of this country and you NEED to practice optimism in a radical way

ngl it’s getting somewhat difficult to hear people coming from high places of privilege struggle with experiencing marginalization for the first time (I say this knowing that a lot of people here, including myself, experience both) mainly cause they can’t fully let go of their previous viewpoints
