Pieces and parts. Like wheels,pipes, etc were loaded onto “carts” (often from warehouses) and “trundled”to turntable,spun to the closest track and pushed in.. and some tracks into same stall are not long enough for box car nor easy unloading…

Freecad continues to BEFUDDLE ME. After too much time today.. I saved the file. Closed the file and started all over. I’m TRYING to start with a floor plan and the use that to build a wall that can then be used to create details such as windows,doors, details etc. Today’s “gotcha” auto constraints!

I transplanted more than 50 strawberry plants today..it would be a lot easier to just buy strawberries … or something else. Sitting on the ground is not as much fun at 70+ years.

A squirrel tried to gnaw into a blue bird box. Replaced the destroyed wood and made and added a steel plate with a proper sized hole. If a squirrel chews through steel I give up.

To the best of my knowledge… there are no Nscale Southern Railway train order boards. Murphy Branch was “dark” so each depot had train order boards. I made one using drawings and made a mold. I cast others in epoxy.So far no luck on automating.😭😭

Printers etc typically have tariffs…as for longevity the tariffs are going to be around until citizens vote out those who allowed the tariffs.. my hobby lasted along time and the demographics shifted. When I started 3 channels of B&W with no net.

A question some are beginning to ask: will tariffs kill the hobby of model railroading? I’ve (personally) seen it change/slowdown over the last 50+ years.

I’d already decided on resin. But with tariffs etc I’ll get the printed after I create a file to send.. IF I wanted to sell even then the tariffs can be a problem.. honestly.. over time the hobby will decline.

At my age:
I now expect to live in a third world country (USA) for the rest of my life.

The GOP and the worst POTUS ever don’t care about the majority of USA citizens. They want power and money.

They certainly do not reflect Christian values nor morality.

My generation failed.
